How We Write: Engineering Editorial Standards
Learn how Idealogic researches, writes, and verifies technical guides. Read our policy on AI assistance, human engineering review, and fact checking.
Last updated 24 September 2026
At Idealogic, our technical guides, architecture breakdowns, and industry analyses are written for founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders who build production systems. We believe that technical content is only valuable when it is rigorously vetted, practically applicable, and transparent about how it was created.
This editorial policy outlines how we research, draft, fact-check, and maintain our engineering publications.
Who writes and verifies our engineering content
Every article on idealogic.io is authored or reviewed by practicing technology practitioners. Our primary editorial leaders include:
- Oleksandr Saiko (CEO and Co-founder): Directs software strategy, commercial models, systems architecture, and AI-native engineering squads. Oleksandr focuses on product discovery, software engineering economics, tokenomics, and UX strategy.
- Artem Zaitsev (CTO and Co-founder): Oversees systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, cryptography, and full-stack engineering. Artem reviews deep-dive technical guides covering LLMs, RAG architectures, smart contract audits, security postures, and backend engineering.
- Oleh Henaliuk (Deputy CEO): Leads operations, client partnerships, and team delivery models. Oleh focuses on dedicated development squads, nearshore delivery, usability engineering, and operational AI applications.
When articles are signed by "Idealogic Team", they represent collective engineering synthesis reviewed by our core practice leads before publication.
How we use artificial intelligence in research and drafting
Idealogic is an AI-native product engineering studio. In our client delivery, senior engineers pair with AI agents to accelerate delivery cycles. We apply the same pragmatic philosophy to content creation:
- Research acceleration: We utilize advanced large language models to index technical documentation, summarize complex standards (such as eIDAS, ISO 27001, or PSD2), and draft initial thematic outlines.
- Drafting assistance: AI tools assist in structuring drafts and synthesizing initial prose. However, no AI model is permitted to publish content autonomously.
- Human judgment and authority: Every architectural recommendation, technology comparison, and strategic conclusion originates from our human engineering practice. AI never dictates our technical opinions or evaluations.
Senior engineering review and code validation
Before any technical guide or case study goes live, it undergoes mandatory peer review:
- Code verification: Every code snippet, CLI command, and configuration block is tested against current runtime versions and official libraries.
- Architecture integrity: Systems diagrams and data flow patterns are reviewed to ensure they adhere to enterprise security and scalability standards.
- Compliance precision: Regulatory citations (including GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, and eIDAS) are verified directly against primary regulatory texts and official statutory guidelines.
Measurement methodology and benchmark integrity
When our content cites quantitative benchmarks, such as delivery timelines, cost models, or productivity metrics, they reflect genuine empirical observations from our client engagements and internal squads:
- Our documented 42% shorter cycle time is measured across senior engineer and AI agent squads delivering production sprints compared against historical non-AI sprint baselines across equivalent complexity scopes.
- Case study outcomes cite verified production milestones, active user numbers, audit approvals, or client analytics. Where specific commercial figures are bound by non-disclosure agreements, we state the operational outcome honestly without inflating metrics.
Corrections, updates, and community feedback
Software engineering evolves continuously. We maintain our publications through an active revision policy:
- Substantive updates: When industry standards change, frameworks deprecate APIs, or major security considerations emerge, we revise our articles and record a visible updated date in the metadata rail.
- Reporting inaccuracies: If you identify a factual error, a broken code snippet, or an outdated technical reference, please notify our team at hello@idealogic.io. We review and address verified technical corrections promptly.
