Customisation options for the banking experience in terms of personalised home screen layouts, interactive financial advice and updates improved the level of engagement of the users.
To increase the security of the user’s data and their activities, the following features have been implemented: strong data encryption, two factor authentication and monitoring.
We strove to design and implement Fese and in the end we succeeded in this. Fortunately for Rentonomy, usability improvements and more specifically the decision of implementing those personalized features greatly improved user interaction resulting in increased engagement rates. The new control panel is more aptly described as ‘modern’ and the ‘user-interface friendly’ – this change attracted more users including the millennials; therefore, enhancing adoption and customer satisfaction.
Branded and systematic throughout the context of the design and development, Fese has emerged as the novel online bank. Implementing the integration of financial services was well blended to enhance on operational efficiency and usage of AI for consultation to enhance on client satisfaction. The exposure of the latest security measures helped users to have confidence in the ability of the platform to defend their money.
