Responsibilities

Communication with the client, requirements clarification and formalization
Close collaboration with development team
Determining business needs and converting them into comprehensible requirements
Drafting functional / business / system requirement specifications
Good understanding of the product and the services that are being offered to the customers

Knowledge of scrum and kanban in project management as among the methodologies being commonly used
Basic BPMN/UML/Business process modeling skills
Solid experience with building roadmaps, their strategic and operational management
Proven requirements elicitation and formalization skills (workshops, interviews, user stories, acceptance criterion)
Medium experience with Jira and Confluence (Epic — Story — Subtask structure utilization, releases, basic JQL; utilization of product requirements/meeting notes, standard page templates and macroses)
Experience with a crypto project (min project duration of 3 months) is mandatory
Upper-intermediate English (verbal and written)
Understanding of blockchain and distributed ledger technologies; network types, differences between them, standards: ERC, basics of blockchain

API testing and analysis experience
BRD/SRS preparation experience
To have an experience of trading in a centralized or a decentralized crypto-exchange either as a user in Poloniex, Binance, or Compound
